manoharaKUALA LUMPUR, Thurs: Indonesian national Manohara Odelia Pinot, who is embroiled in a marital dispute with her husband, the Tengku Temenggong Kelantan, has hired two law firms to represent her in cases involving her in the Syariah courts and Civil High Court.

For the cases involving the Syariah courts, Manohara will be represented by Messrs Faiz Adnan & Associates with the lead counsel being Mohd Faiz Adnan.

As for the case before the Civil High Court, she has hired the law firm of Messrs Fakrul Hisham Abdullah & Associates to represent her and her mother, Daisy Fajarina.

The appointments were announced by Khairul Nizam, a spokesman for the two law firms concerned, in a statement issued here today.

According to him, representatives from the two law firms met up with Manohara and her mother in Jakarta on Tuesday and Wednesday before they were appointed by the family to handle the cases.

On July 5, Tengku Temenggong Kelantan Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Sultan Ismail Petra filed two applications, one at the Syariah Lower Court and the other at Syariah High Court, both in Kota Baru, to demand that his wife return to him and settle debts she allegedly owed him that were accumulated before and after their marriage totalling RM972,750.

Two weeks after that, Tengku Muhammad Fakhry filed a RM105 million suit against his wife and mother-in-law in the Civil High Court here for allegedly defaming him in press conferences they held between April and June.

Manohara left her husband on May 30 while the couple was in Singapore visiting the Sultan of Kelantan who was seeking medical treatment in the island republic. — BERNAMA

Just a simple question for Manohara Odelia – What makes you think that you will get a fair hearing in Malaysia, knowing very well how the judiciary here works. A prearranged judgment favoring the rich & famous. You will never have a fair hearing especially so if it concern rulers, the so-called guidance of their faith. This is what you will get here. Don’t hope for the best but be prepared for the worst, girl!

manoharaShe may be one of the most famous faces in Indonesia at the moment and on her way to becoming a television star, but like anyone, Manohara Odelia Pinot still needs her family in times of crisis. Now she has an extra member to count on for support; her stepfather Juergen Reiner Noack Pinot has flown to Jakarta to support her over recent reports that her biological father has sided with Muhammad Fakhry.
The Indonesian-American model’s mother, Daisy Fajarina, said Reiner arrived on Thursday night. “He is here to morally support Manohara as he has always loved her very much,” she said. “He was also shocked to know that her biological father was not supporting her.” The 17-year-old caught media attention after Daisy claimed her daughter had been abducted and abused by Fakhry, and she became an instant celebrity after escaping from Fakhry in Singapore six weeks ago, returning to Indonesia on June 1.
Fakhry has filed a police report in Malaysia against Manohara, accusing her of making false allegations. The latest episode in the family drama came this week when the Malay Mail newspaper published an interview with Manohara’s biological father, George Manz, and a letter it alleged he wrote to Fakhry saying he was the right person to take care of Manohara, pledging to help him get her back to Malaysia. The letter ended: “My wishes are that Manohara is freed from her evil mother.”
Daisy hit back two days later, saying she was shocked by Manz’s stand to defend the Kelantan royal, accusing him of being abusive to her and her then young child. “What kind of father is he? He knows that his daughter has been hurt and he backs Fakhry instead. What a horrible father,” she said.
She said Reiner arriving in Jakarta was a great boon. “Manohara and [her sister] Dewi are very happy and he will be here for the foreseeable future,” she said. During his time here, she added, Reiner would accompany Manohara to shoots on her new soap opera, “Manohara,” now being produced by Sinemart for TV channel RCTI.
Malaysian media reported that Fakhry had filed two applications in a Shariah court over the weekend — one seeking reconciliation with Manohara and the other ordering Daisy and Manohara to pay him 972,750 Malaysian ringgit ($272,000) that he claims they owe him.

What kind of a father is this! Happy be to those children who are poor but have a loving father that will stand by their side no matter what. Even the dogs and pigs will fight off their enemies to protect their children. Here we have a human-being going against his very own flesh and blood! Wonder which category does this man falls under – human, animal or evil?

Then again Anakdesa asked….was he paid to go against his own daughter?

Manohara

Smiles and Laughter can be deceiving

Fakhry is said to be angered that Manohara Odelia Pinot exposed her body parts to the world. Fakhry made his views known to Manohara through the blog of a mysterious spokesman on toughlane.blogspot.com on Friday. Sources in Jakarta believe the ‘mysterious’ blogger could be him or one of his many ’spokesmen’ who interfered in the affair so far…(Read Here and see pic)

Hemm…it is thus understandable why Tengku Fakhry as a husband was angry. Which husband with the right thinking wouldn’t? If I were in his shoe, I would probably as angry or even angrier then him. I would be very, very angry because what was exposed is supposed for my eyes only because I’ve ‘bought’ the subject and no one help me pay for it. So why share! Secondly because of moral, religious and of course because of my blood type issue. My blood type is ‘X’ while others are of type ‘A’, ‘B’, or ‘O’. So how can you and I share the same subject! Lastly maybe it actually exposed the truth about myself.

Whatever it is, I may run away and hide myself from all these sinful people on earth. Use any human connection and political powers on earth to ‘clear’ my name BUT I know there’s one that I can NEVER hide from…..GOD! I might get all the fresh air here on earth by just driving to Genting or by switching on the air-con BUT the heat of the FIRE OF HELL will surely awaits me upon my return to my Creator.

KOTA BARU, Fri: Police will record statements from several people, including Manohara Odelia Pinot, the estrangled wife of Kelantan prince Tengku Temenggong Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra and her mother Daisy Fajarina, following a police report lodged by him in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.

Deputy Kelantan police chief Datuk Amir Hamzah Ibrahim said the statements were needed to assist the police into the case.

“We are now studying the report and as in any other investigation, we will record statements from those implicated or believed to have links to the allegations in the report.

“Obviously, we will need the co-operation of Manohara and her mother,” he said.

Manohara, a former Indonesian model, flew back to Indonesia from Singapore on May 31 when she was in the republic with her husband to visit the Sultan of Kelantan who was warded at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
As soon as she returned to Indonesia, Manohara, who married Tengku Fakhry in August last year, was reported to have made various statements in the Indonesian media, including claims that she was abused by him.

Tengku Fakhry, the third son of Sultan Ismail Petra, in his report lodged at the Dang Wangi police headquarters denied the allegations made against him by Manohara, her mother and other parties.

Amir Hamzah told the New Straits Times that the investigation into the prince’s report would be carried out together with several reports against blogsites that had allegedly defamed the Kelantan royal household.

Police are investigating the cases under the Penal Code for defamation.

Aiyoyooo…dare not comment ohh…This is no free world when it comes to people that walks the corridor of power!

Anyway, both sides have made police reports against each other at their respective country. My sincere hope is that the case be heard at the international tribunal rather at either country. Whatever it is, I certainly don’t condone domestic abuse, if what Manohara claimed was true. Likewise neither do I condone liars, if it’s true as what Tengku Fakhry claimed.

Only God knows the real truth! To whoever the culprit is, BEWARE of the fire of hell which awaits you!
