jordy-chandler-sizedAfter the sudden death of Michael Jackson, Chandler tells the truth.

In 1993,  Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and Jackson had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex, the boy gave detailed description of Jackson’s genitals. The case was settled out of court for a reported $22 million, but the strain led Jackson to begin taking painkillers. Eventually he became addicted.

Now maybe for the remorse of his death Chandler decides to tell us the truth.  “I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now I can’t tell Michael how much I’m sorry and if he will forgive me.”

Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things, “If I go through with this, I win big-time. There’s no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever…”

Under the influence of a controversial father who told his son to tell that Jackson had touched his penis. Jordan Chandler then told a psychiatrist and later police that he and Jackson had engaged in acts of kissing, masturbation and oral sex, as well as giving a detailed description of what he alleged were the singer’s genitals.

“Now for the first time I can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father’s lies to escape from being poor.”

This “article” quickly spread through the Internet, especially over Twitter, where it spent a considerable amount of time in the trending topics.

A surprising number of people believed the article without question, despite the fact that it was on a new wordpress.com blog, with no history of accuracy and no sources.

Can you believe this article? I don’t know if I can but if Jordan comes out and make a public statement with his lawyers, maybe then I will believe….meanwhile….let the raging fire of hell awaits the liar!

By the way, if it is true, is this what’s happening to DS Anwar Ibrahim on his sodomy charges? Wonder how much Saiful was paid to trump up the story of being sodomised! Wonder which is more beautiful – to lie, get money and live in luxurious life or living in the raging heat of the fire of HELL?

Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim told a 20,000-strong rally that he had the numbers to form a new government and wants to meet with Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to discuss a handover.

“Tomorrow is the D-day. We are ready to form the government. We have the numbers and we are ready to announce tomorrow.

“A peaceful transition is paramount,” he added, conceding that there will not be a change of government tomorrow as he had promised earlier.

According to him, Pakatan Rakyat has submitted a letter to Abdullah today seeking a meeting for a smooth transition of power.

The opposition leader also did not provide more information on how many MPs Pakatan has in the bag and the number of government defectors.Anwar will need at least 31 defectors from BN and perhaps over 40 for a stable Pakatan government.

“I believe that the government will fall in the next few weeks,” he told journalists after the rally.

The massive crowd had earlier gathered at the Kelana Jaya stadium in Petaling Jaya to celebrate Pakatan’s ‘Hari Malaysia’ celebration.

Anwar, who began his 45-minute speech at 10.45pm, also emphasised the importance of Sabah and Sarawak to Malaysia.

pakatan rakyat 916 gathering kelana jaya 150908 stage.jpgHe criticised the ruling Barisan Nasional for pursuing a divide-and-rule agenda at the expense of the two east Malaysian states.

“This is the first time ever a celebration of this scale is being held to recognise that we are one – that Sabah and Sarawak are part of Malaysia,” Anwar told the crowd.

He added that he would declare Sept 16 a national holiday when he takes over the government.

Anwar also slammed the Abdullah-led government of practising racial politics, which he said led to last Friday’s arrests of three people under the Internal Security Act.

pakatan rakyat 916 gathering kelana jaya 150908 big screen.jpgHe urged the majority Malays not to be swayed by BN policies.

“The Ketuanan Melayu (Malay supremacy) benefitted only the rich and elite Malays, not you,” he said.

Anwar also said that he would reduce fuel prices by 70 sen the very next day after forming the government.

Most of those in the crowd are at the stadium tonight in the belief that Anwar would make an important announcement on the formation of a new government, which the PKR leader has repeatedly claimed he would do by tomorrow.

High expectation

Earlier, Anwar entered the venue at about 9.40pm to thunderous chants of ‘Reformasi!’ and ‘Merdeka’.

Many Pakatan leaders were already at the stadium, most of them also believing that Anwar would make an important announcement at the rally.

Guan Eng and DAP veteran Lim Kit Siang had earlier entered the stadium to loud cheers.

Many people on the ground whom Malaysiakini spoke to also expressed confidence of an impending change.

“He may reveal the first batch of defectors and maybe on how they will approach the king. I think they will wrap it up and form a new government by the end of this month,” said retiree G Maniam.

‘I am surprised at how fast things are changing,” said another Pakatan supporter at the stadium, Anthony Tong.

“What Anwar has said will happen soon as all the people are backing him. The change of government will happen very soon now,” said Nursikin Bahrom, a 23-year-old student.

“Anwar has promised us a new beginning and we will support him when the battle begins on the 16th… he is our new prime minister and the BN should realise this,” said businessman Abdul Aziz Rashid, 36.

Don’t invite police, military

Meanwhile, PKR information chief Tian Chua said the three-member opposition alliance had already secured a simple majority in parliament and that more government lawmakers would defect later.

pakatan rakyat sept 16 gathering crowd waving flagBut he said there were concerns that the coalition – which has ruled since independence from Britain 51 years ago – would stoke conflict in order to justify a crackdown to keep itself in power.

“We want Abdullah to assure us there will be no repressive force used, like involving the police or inviting the military to take control,” he told AFP.

Tian said the opposition’s push had been helped by the detention of an opposition politician, a prominent blogger and a journalist under draconian ISA.

pakatan rakyat 916 gathering kelana jaya 150908f flag.jpg“Abdullah’s final crackdown made people lose hope that he is ever going to be a liberal reformer, which he promised,” he said.

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar defended the detentions but said it was a police operation and not his idea – comments ridiculed by the opposition, which said he and Abdullah must be held accountable.

Spirits were high at the stadium, which was adorned with Malaysian flags and posters demanding the release of the opposition politician and the blogger – who remain in custody while the journalist was freed.

At the rally, Anwar set out an agenda to fight corruption and protect the rights of all citizens in Malaysia.”The Pakatan Rakyat government will uphold justice, a free judiciary, a free media and a professional police force,” he said.

KUALA TERENGGANU, Aug 10 — Saying he did not want anyone like Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim “who stabbed him in the back” as Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad said yesterday he would rather migrate if the former deputy prime minister succeeds in toppling the Barisan Nasionalgovernment.

“If he comes Prime Minister, I will get out of the country. Give everything to him,” Utusan Malaysia quoted the former prime minister’s reply to a question at the Current Challenges for Malays forum here.

However, the acerbic Dr Mahathir was confident that Anwar will not become Prime Minister by September 16 although he was sure his former protégé would be victorious in the Permatang Pauh parliamentary by-election this Aug 26.

He said Anwar was greedy enough for support that he would forsake the special privileges for his own race to cooperate with the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) which is filled with racism.

AnakDesaThis world is a free world. One can go anywhere one wishes to as long as they have the money. If you are damn rich, any country awaits you. So many leaders migrated after they fallout with their own people. Marcos Ferdinand, Adi Amin, Alberto Fujimori, the latest Thaksin. Did their country shed tears for them? This time whatever tears lahhh…Did their country collapse? Or have the countries prosper further after their departure? Did the migration did good for the country or otherwise?

With due respect to Tun Dr. Mahathir, I can’t and will not denied that Malaysia did prosper in his time as PM. His policies of economic liberalisation and his vision for the nation’s future as a fully-developed industrial country by the year 2020, which I must admit, is every Malaysian’s dream and also all the 3rd world countries in the world. All the mega projects such as Twin Tower, Sepang F1 etc. have magnified Malaysia to the world. Being vocal and outspoken, Tun Dr. Mahathir made a lot of leaders around the world to appreciate him (especially the developing countries) but at the same time others hated him for some of his remarks.

Every man in the world have their “good and bad” in the eyes of every people. No one is perfect in this world! Even DSAI has his share of this. So are Pak Lah, Najib and all the Malaysian leaders for that matter. It is only a matter of whether the rakyat could tolerate (not accept!) their bad side. For the good side, of course, everyone can accept lah…no question about that!

Back to the main topic about Dr M wanting to migrate if DSAI becomes the PM. Would I shed tears as I did for Rafidah Aziz? Would I care if Dr M migrates? Would it be a loss to the country? Will the country collapse? Well, for sure, I wouldn’t want to waste my tears for him if he does migrate. It is his right to do so. It is his choice and no one forces him to, not DSAI, Pak Lah, Najib, me or you. Even during his tenure as PM, in fact there are a lot of rakyat who migrated to other parts of the world. No one shed tears for them either. In fact some of those migrated that I knew are very happy with their present life now. So why waste tears!

To Dr. M, go where ever you want to and do what ever you want to. Just don’t politicise it to get sympathy from the rakyat. ( That reminds me of a song sung by Madonna – Don’t cry for me Argentina )

By the way…today is my birthday lah…anybody care to shed tears for me..? Cos’ I am, what people used to say…a step nearer to meet my Creator!

KUALA LUMPUR: The Myanmar doctor, who had examined Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan, is standing by his medical report that the former aide to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was not sodomised.

In a statutory declaration dated Aug 1, Dr Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid @ Than Aung, reiterated that he stood by ‘his findings’.

“For the record I would like to confirm that I strongly stand firm on my findings,” he said in his statutory declaration.

He also claimed that additional words and even paragraphs were added to his statement to the police.

Saiful was examined by Dr Mohamed Osman at Hospital Pusrawi before he lodged a police report alleging he had been sodomised by Anwar.

The Myanmar national was put into the centre of the sodomy allegation controversy, when the report was leaked and posted on blogs on July 29.

The hospital has since stated that Dr Mohamed Osman had not carried out a sodomy related examination on Saiful.

“For record, however, I would like to confirm that I strongly stand firm on my findings,” said Dr Mohamed Osman in the Aug 1 statutory declaration.

He also claimed that additional words and even paragraphs were added to his statement to the police on the matter. ( The StarOnLine )

AnakDesa  🙂  HOLLY COW! MY  SALUTE TO THIS KIND OF DOCTOR. MAY WE HAVE THIS KIND OF DOCTORS OF INTEGRITY AND HONESTY TO THEIR PROFESSION IN KLH. WHAT I CAN DO NOW IS ONLY PRAY THAT HE WOULDN’T DISAPPEAR LIKE MR. BALA! AND THAT THERE WILL BE NO 2ND SD.

IS THERE JUSTICES IN MALAYSIA?

IS THERE JUSTICES IN MALAYSIA?

KUALA LUMPUR : Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim pleaded not guilty in the Sessions Court Thursday to a charge of sodomising his former aide Saiful Bukhari Azlan, 23.

He was accused of committing the offence under Section 377B of the Penal Code between 3.01pm and 4.30pm in unit 11-5-1 of the Desa Damansara Condominium at 99, Jalan Setia Kasih, Bukit Damansara on June 26 2008.

If found guilty, offenders under the charge of “carnal intercourse against the order of nature”, can be punished of up to 20 years’ in jail.

“This is a malicious slander, I’m not guilty,” Anwar, 61, said when the charged was read to him. ( For More…. )

Am I surprised that DSAI was charged today for sodomy the second time? Today I shed tears again..not the happy tears I did for Rafidah but this time sad tears! Sad tears for DSAI..? No lah….Not a drop for him because I know deep within me this nothing more then a fabrication, where laws were used to suppress dissent and legitimate political and democratic challenge  to the BN government. I believe that, if there is a fair trail and  there is no hidden hands instructing/directing the judiciary, I am sure that the prosecution has got nothing on this case. Some people are really shivering ever since the March tsunami because they know that if ever DSAI comes to power, it will be end of them. They know that their corruption files are in the K.I.V. cabinet of the ACA. This is the tools that the PM managed to keep their support for him. I can still remember when DSAI became the acting PM 10 years back, he took out all the files from the ACA. It was because of that the keparat (oops! wrong spelling…should be corporate) figures framed DSAI at that time. Now that he is heading towards Putrajaya…I guess the same devils have arosed from their graves to recarnate the same charges for they know there are no other crimes of  DSAI that they can find.

Anyway, back to my tears…if I didn’t cry for DSAI..then what? JUSTICES… the rule of law and a judiciary of independence, impartiality, integrity and meritocracy. I remember the first time DSAI was charged and brought into court with Augustine Paul as the learned judge. I am no lawyer (lawyer kampung adalah) but I can still see the one sided ruling. Evidences purged, objections by defence overruled, charges kept changing just to kowtow the prosecutions and to ensured that the bottemline verdict goes against DSAI.

I am pretty sure that the  Sodomy 2 trial will be just the same as the first one. That’s because the judiciary systems has not reform as the PM puts it. He was very sure and I guess he is quite happy about it as for now. At least the CJ, the highest court, judges can be directed as in the making of movies. The actors just have to follow the scripts given and give a damn whether it makes a boxoffice show or not. Afterall what’s important is, they are paid the amount contracted. So comes Sept 10, 2008, I guess all the 6 actors (or maybe the 5 only) from the correct, correct, correct movie industry will start their action to ensure that they get their revenge on DSAI. Afterall they are the best actors of the century in Malaysia.

With a questionable police force ( my apology, only some of the high ranking officers) and judiciary systems, I wonder where can we get JUSTICES? From the Executives? Maybe but only if you fit in their agenda to be in power forever or you have your arse for sale.

We need changes, we need to revamp the whole systems in Malaysia in order that our domestic and international reputation be restored. We need to get rid of corrupted leaders and restore a just government for all Malaysian regardless of their race and beliefs. A GOVERNMENT FOR ALL MALAYSIAN!

JULY 31, 2008, PETALING JAYA, MALAYSIA

After deliberating with my family, the Keadilan party leadership and our partners in the Pakatan Rakyat, I have officially submitted my resignation as Member of Parliament of Permatang Pauh to the Speaker of Parliament YB Tan Sri Datuk Pandikar Amin Bin Hj. Mulia today to make way for my husband, Anwar Ibrahim, to contest as a candidate for Pakatan Rakyat in a by-election as soon as possible

This is consistent with our goals towards securing a Parliamentary majority and forming a new government within this year. This decision is the right decision for Malaysia.

The nation now faces some of the greatest challenges it has encountered since gaining independence. The UMNO-led Barisan Nasional government has mismanaged the economy and steered the nation towards a catastrophe. It has allowed the integrity of the justice system to fall into deeper infamy. It has stroked the flames of racism and driven a wedge of mistrust between Malays, Chinese and Indians, while thoroughly neglecting the needs of the indigenous peoples of Sabah and Sarawak.

Anwar Ibrahim has articulated a vision for Malaysia that has brought hope to the people. He has the experience and intelligence to reinvigorate our economy, and the charisma and integrity to unite the Malaysian people and restore credibility to our institutions of governance.

I will continue to serve as President of Parti Keadilan Rakyat and as chairperson of the Yayasan Aman (Peace Foundation).

I wholeheartedly thank my supporters in Permatang Pauh who have stood by me in the most difficult of times since September 1998 and have shared in the joy of victory we all experienced on March 8, 2008.

The future of our nation lies in the dedication and commitment to justice and freedom that I have experienced as your representative in Parliament and I look forward to many more years of serving you with sincerity and with humility.

DATUK SERI WAN AZIZAH WAN ISMAIL
President
Parti Keadilan Rakyat

The Police cannot keep silent a single second on the latest shocking revelation in the second Anwar Ibrahim sodomy charge – that the first medical report on Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan found no evidence of sodomy four hours before he lodged the police report of sodomy against Anwar on June 28.

The revelation, which first appeared in Raja Petra Kamaruddin’s Malaysia Today news portal, and is reported in Malaysiakini, is based on a two-page medical report by Dr. Mohamed Osman Abdul Hamid, the medical officer in Hospital Pusrawi (Pusat Rawatan Islam) in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur after examining Saiful at about 2 p.m on June 28 – some four hours before Saiful lodged the police report against Anwar.
