Who Masterminded The Murder Of Altantuya?

SHAH ALAM: The leave application by the father of murdered Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu to quash the prosecution’s decision not to appeal against the acquittal of political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda will be mentioned at a High Court here on July 8.

The matter will be called before a deputy registrar to ensure that parties had filed all required documents for the hearing proper.

On Tuesday, Judicial Commissioner Justice Noraini Abdul Rahman ordered Altantuya’s father, Dr Shaariibuu Setev, to file submissions-in-reply to both respondents’ papers.

Setev had on Dec 24 last year filed an application for judicial review to quash the Attorney-General’s decision not to appeal against Razak’s acquittal.

He had named the Attorney-General and Razak as respondents in his application.

What a sad ending for those two guys who were condemned to death for murdering Altantuya. If I am in their shoes, I will surely upside down the bucket and let all the rubbish out, like who are involved and instructed them to commit the murder. Why suffer while the master-mind is happily enjoying the fruit of their pending death? They might have murdered her but what’s their motive? They have no connection with her before they were instructed to neutralized her. Instructions must have been given to them to neutralized her BUT by whom? Before the real culprit or culprits is/are charged for instrumenting the neutralization of Altantuya, then justice is deem to have not been carried out.

Originally the Attorney-General charged Abdul Razak Baginda for conspiring, then when High Court judge Justice Mohd Zaki Md Yasin acquitted and discharged him, the AG decided not to appeal. My simple conclusion is that the AG is incompetent or was there an instruction not to appeal? Why charged him in the first place and then said “had made a finding of fact in its decision (the court)”. Was charging him in the first place just part of the ‘wayang kulit’ and ‘let the court decide’ decision. A decision which was pre-arranged? Only GOD knows the real truth and the FIRE OF HELL is awaiting the real culprit no matter how religiously he/she pray for forgiveness. As I have said again and again, we might run away from the truth, use our richness and political connection on earth to hide ourselves from the evil we do on earth but we can never run nor hide from our Creator.

MAY THE RAGING FIRE OF HELL AWAITS THE MURDERER/S!

(By Debra Chong, The Malaysian Insider)  The Federal Court’s ruling last week overturning a decision made by an elected state assembly speaker crossed the boundaries separating the powers between the judiciary and legislature and has churned up a new challenger. Suspended Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo plans to sue Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia for his ruling last month barring him from taking part in Parliament. Fondly known as the “Little Lion of Puchong,” Gobind is set to file his suit at the High Court here at 11am tomorrow, his father and DAP chairman Karpal Singh told reporters here today. Karpal appeared to relish the chance to challenge the Speaker’s decisions. The Bukit Gelugor MP has often found himself on the receiving end of Pandikar Amin’s unwanted attention. “He’s got a precedent. They started it,” noted Karpal. Gobind was suspended for one year from March 16 without an MP’s allowances and benefits after an outburst inside Parliament involving Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak. The fiery first-term lawmaker had allegedly linked Najib to a highly sensationalised murder case involving a Mongolian model, Altantuya Shaariibuu, whose remains were found in a jungle clearing in nearby Shah Alam three years ago.

This is what will happen when one tries to please his master, even if goes against the Constitution of Malaysia which is the supreme law of the land. I am referring to the controversial decision by Malaysia’s federal court that declared that the Speaker of the Perak state assembly, V Sivakumar, had no right to suspend 7 BN lawmakes from attending legislative sittings.

Article 72 (1) of the Federal Constitution which states:

72. (1) The validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court.

Can any learned human being interpret the meaning of the above article? I mean in simple English. Or do we really need a genius to understand such a simple sentence?

A simple anakdesa understanding of the above sentence is that the decision and validity of any proceedings in any legislative Assembly in any state in Malaysia is beyond the reach of the courts.

Now Suspended Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo plans to sue Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia for his ruling last month barring him from taking part in Parliament using the controversy interpretation of the above article.

The BIG question now is – Will there be 2 kinds of interpretation of the above law? A selective justice? One for the master and one for the slave?

What goes around will come around!

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 (Bernama) — The Shah Alam High Court will be at the centre of attention this Friday when judge Datuk Mohd Zaki Md Yasin delivers the verdict on the sensational murder trial of a Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaariibuu.

Mohd Zaki’s verdict will not only decide the fate of the three accused – Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar (both members of the Special Action Unit, UTK) and a renowned political analyst and strategist Abdul Razak Abdullah Baginda – but will also end wild speculations and rumours relating to the case.

Will Altantuya receive justice and her murderer/s  sent to hell? Or will there be a cover-up to denied justice for her?

This is one of the longest court case and it has been dragging for far too long. Was this purposely done to get Malaysians bored, so as it will fade away like the morning dew? Well it did successfully bored me after sometimes and I’m sure that most people are too.

But the day of reckoning is here for all of us, not only Malaysian but the whole world will judge our judiciary system and the AG prosecutors. I am sure that Altantuya’s spirit will also be in the court tomorrow to see that justices is done.

My prediction on the verdict?
Well I am not holding on my breath for a single second on what the verdict would be as judging from the kopitiam talk, I heard that it is a forgone conclusion…all would be freed. Presumably that the three are GUILTY and the court sentence them to death, do  you think that they will keep quite as who actually instructed them to carry out the killing? While they face the gallows, the main person is happily somewhere and do you think that this will make them keep quite? They will surely spill the bean and of course that “someone” wouldn’t want that to happen, right? So what’s the best option zip their lips? Free them lah!

If this happens then there will be so many questions without being answered. It will be just another case like the Noritta Samsuddin, Nurin, ex-YB Badar Khan and the list goes on…..

Come what may on the verdict and what ever the verdict may be, my prayers goes to the soul of Altantuya. May her murderer/s perish in the fire of hell!
